I know that i'm just saying his argument about people be 'too stupid to know which city is blah blah' is invalid. I found it difficult to find out all the little things like that early in the game unless i was constantly bugging CLs and shit. I didn't even see anything about it in the tutorial if i remember correctly. The point is though. It would be helpful to newcomers. and we desperately need newcomers in order for the game to grow.

Excuse me I never said anyone was stupid so don't try and put words in my mouth. There are 7 cities, it's not hard to remember all that. For the games purpose New York and Philly are East Coast so to get to LV or LA they require a long haul flight as they are on the other side of the country.

Chi, Det and New Orleans are the 3 that in game are in the centre, even if they aren't in real life.

So simply put, New York or Philly to Las Vegas or LA is a long haul flight.

If your flying in or out of the other three cities then these flights are always short haul flights.

The US is the center of the World, but I am in agreement with this really only because the orginal game had something very similar to it. That and sometimes I forget which is which lol.

I believe it is not hard to remember which flights are long distance ones. Even if it's not obvious, it's a part of learning the game. Also, as was already stated in this thread, the flight times do not reflect the real distance between the 7 cities. They are based on a concept of cities being located either on a west/east coast or "in the middle".
I don't think it's necessary to add a map or any other kind of chart to the travel screen and I will not support this idea.

That said, I think mafiareturns wiki would be a perfect place for explaining all the details concerning travelling. The question mark next to the Airport hyperlink in the menu links to the corresponding wiki article. It is also available all the time, not only when your flight timer is open.

PC-Tosca. I agree, The Wiki WOULD be a great place for something like this...
