Last night a young man walked into the midnight showing of "The Dark Knight" here in Colordo and shot the place up. Many were wounded and 14 lay dead. RIP to the dead and may their families find peace. Holmes didnt shoot himself like a normal shooter and is in custody. Please keep your thoughts, and if you pray, Prayers on the families and survivors.

I live down the street from Century 16. When I first heard about the shooting I didn't think it was Century, and I didn't think the shooting was like it was...

Next thing you know, I hear all sorts of sirens, and helicopters heading towards that area.

I grew up going to Century. I was the movie theatre me and my friends went to all the time. Now I can't even go there. It's hard to drive by and look at it.

Thoughts and Prayers to those families... Some of those injured were people who went to my school. It's a tragedy... RIP

A horrific thing these families faced at the hands of a mad man. Hopefully we can get  speedy trial and a swift execution.

Unfortunally this garbage of a human will not go to trial untill a year or so and he will not resive the death penalty in even longer time

I can't even imagine how it would feel to lose your loved one to some nutcase. RIP.

I hope there families can find piece. And it really makes you think it could happen to any of us any where. My uncle was killed a couple of yrs ago and its been hard on our family for years. Just cant imagine what there going threw.
