well thiis is a suggestion that will help all and the game. The idea is simple, there will be some kind of document where you mark some options like this:

1. your son (when you die a porcentage of you money goes to your son, there will be a taxe of 30% for the lawyers) so he will receive 70% of your money.
2. your friend ( this option will have a space where you should write his name and same kind of text like whisper where you can put your reason and councills about the money (he will receive 40% of the total money(30% goes to your lawyer and 30% to his lawyer)
3. your crew ( again an space where you should write the crew name and a space like the friend will (they will receive 40% of the cash like the friend)
4. no one..
5. to be buried with the money for gravediggers ( they will receive 35% of the money, because some grave robers had stealed the rest of the cash) this will be like a game, if you dont have anyone to send your cash, let the players search for your boddy.

You must be thinking, well this dont make sense! If im a Don i should have at least 80Ms in the bank so my son will get a real big cash and SHAZAN when you reach the made man rank a message will come to you saying '' You are involving yourself too much in the crime world, be carefull it may end with the anulation of your documentations and will '' - your lawyer. When you reach the next rank a message will appear '' your documentation have been put on high priority to investigation by the FBN agents, they dont want to harm you but they have to show work, they canceled your will'' - your lawyer.  A wise guy player or made man will not have more than 3 millions on the bank, it means almost 2 million to your son, but you worked hard for your cash and you deserve it And there will be a taxe to make this doccument based on you rank and money in the bank and will also be possible to make more than one testament.

This will prevent new players like wise guys form leaving the game when they die on war, they will not stop playing because when you die and dont have credits you have to make all the money again and sometimes we dont want to do this again so we just stop playing after death but as i said this will prevent the new players of quiting the game because of money and with this change you wont need to buy credits before capo's rank.
