I use the Free Timer - Toolbar found in Help and I use it for jails but when the jails run out, im stuck with a blue spot on my screen and the only way I could get ride of it is to refresh my screen but that affects every timer from Petty/Felony - Fly and Wack, etc

What about if like you were to double click or something that would clear it and bring back the white circle instead of always having the blue circle... I had ADD and ya it bugs me lol

I'm not sure if the coders and admins have the ability to change the free toolbars coding.

Even if they can, I don't think it is particularly worth their time when there are much more serious issues that needs fixing elsewhere in the game.

But it is working as designed, the fact it is blue means you are ready to do the action. I would say if you don't like this then pony up the $5 for the paid timers as they are worth it, even if you only do it with buying credits in game.

Is the tiny blue dot really that annoying? 

I've used the free timers as long as I can remember and for as long as I can remember the blue dot always reminded me to check jails. 

I'd go so far as to say I like the blue.
