TheKing walks up to the nearest street corner and posts a  large poster onto the wall. As you take a closer look you can make out the print. The poster reads:

TheKing walks away from the wall and climbs onto a bread box and starts to speak.

Yes Philly does indeed you, I have decided to open the doors to The Philly Inquirer a well balanced Newspaper that will bring the News back to the streets. I am recruiting a few good men and women too write articles and interview the masses. For this I will start by hiring three reporters to start with.
