Okay, So if I look at my personal achievements (News&Info -> Achievements) I dont see Arrested active anywhere, Not an empty bar/percentage, nothing.
Now, when i go to my public achievements, it shows up:

I know i didn't get my reward for it (congratulations message) So i'm not sure what's up with this... |

So message the HelpDesk, they'll forward it to the proper person and it will be dealt with. The Help forum isn't for reporting bugs and issues, it's for asking for help with a feature... |

Simple answer..
You don't get the arrested active achievement until you're the rank of Made Man.
it will show up in public achievements until then as you have done the achievement, you just need the rank |
