We now have notes under players profiles for those who purchase the timers and I have found my main use for this adding their IRC nick if they are contacts. Now what would be nice is if in contacts it showed the first line of the notes next to the contact.

Now obviously as notes are only viewable by those with timers this will also only show for those with the timers package.

Could this not just be another standard game feature?

I don't think anyone is going to buy the timers purely for this feature and it would look like a good inclusion. Why not just put this in to the game?

The reason for adding it in with the timers package is because the notes for peoples profiles only show up with the timers package.

On the other hand, my dear PC-Grin, the timers package is already a nice thing to have. Adding another feature to it would just make the decision to spend the 5 credits a wee bit easier.

I like the general thought of this idea {and I will be sponsoring it when it's open for sponsorship}.

After a sit down with the admins and trying to finish some of the PC code we have changed the sponsorship rule a bit, it was also reposted in the rules thread. Sponsorship was already done by code, so if I couldn't, it wouldn't have allowed me to do so:>}

I like the idea - it's simple, and crewleaders are given a small field to write notes down on their own members, so it's logical the same should be given to everyone else.

I don't know, I just don't like things like this and notes, which essentially just make the game appear better, being lumped in with timers and having to be paid for.
