I am not sure if this has been suggested before and It wont be a long post just simply one.

When searching for a user what if you could select alive or dead, so you dont end up with a long list with dead people when you are search for a user alive. It was just something i through of, when I was searching for someone and it was 5 page with only a few people alive.

What are people opinions on this?

I like this. Perhaps a toggle for alive/dead/all beneath the search box?

Either way, seems like a good addition to me.

As much as it would be helpful when just searching for a name, I'm against this idea. It would make unscrambling witness statements way too easy.

All this suggestion would do is make it less time consuming. I like it.

Agreed with DS there... it takes a mere few seconds to scroll down the page and see if they are alive or dead. It doesn't make it any easier, it just streamlines it a little.

I think this is a great idea. It can often become a pain when you enter a partial name to search for and several pages of dead accounts are intermingled in with the account you're actually searching for. I am definitely on board with this.

i think this idea, with squishy's modification is a good idea.

To be honest if your using "user search" to figure out your WS's your going about it all wrong. There are far easier ways to do it.

I love the idea of adding this feature, I just have one addition to it.

This should be part of the Timers Package, thinking back to other games 'advanced search' features were always part of a 'premium content' type thing. Just a thought.

Also, it being somewhat of a 'convenience' not central to the game - it would make for a nice addition to the Timer perk

I wouldn't be happy with adding this to the timers package, as the timers package is it is already contains a vast number of features that are completely unrelated to the package's namesake - like the forum search, for instance.


With that said, this is a great idea that may save a few headaches in the future.
