Wanted to suggest the option of having your LHM be able to read the CL's mail. Maybe this could be an option in the Crew Settings? Or even just a hard code where the LHM can read mails but not respond.

I'm only suggesting the LHM to be able to read mails, not respond like the RHM can right now.

Any thoughts?

How about the option to also be able to check personals of the CL too?

I really don't know how much more the RHM can do after both of these options are made for the LHM, but I'm open for feedback.

I like the idea of a CLs TRUSTED left hand being able to read messages in case of emergency's - possibly as squishy said , a toggle perhaps?

I dislike this option, sometimes an LHM is put in that position to learn the ropes but aren't trusted enough to see everything that goes on. If you put a toggle so the CL has the choice of giving the person this access and the CL decides not too how do you think the LHM will feel? They'll feel like they aren't really trusted and shouldn't be in the position which could end up driving them in the wrong direction.

That's their own fault if they're not trusted. We shouldn't be blamed if a CL doesn't trust their LHM.

In the case where I trust both my RHM and LHM, I'd like them both to be able to check, read my mail. And even see my personals. They'll be that option of not allowing them to see it for a reason and a complete other reason to allow them to.

Why is this required?

We used to have families of 200 and people were capable of running those crews without even having a slanty LHM. LHM has now been made into a position of it's own with some responsibility. Seems like more than enough to me.
