Simple suggestion:

Include witness statements of fortification attacks into the witness subsection of the personal messages folder. As of right now the game does not sort the information like this and can lead to people missing statements when checking for them, assuming they are under the mindset that they would find any and all witnessed attacks by clicking on that filter.
