Caligula wanders out onto the streets from Iris' grand Philly HQ. His face is a picture of joy, but there is a sense of mourning in his eyes. He turns the nearest box on it's end and steps up onto it....he stops for a moment, wondering to himself how it is that there is always a pedestal lying around when we most need one...he shrugs and gets on with his comment. Firstly, let me say a massive thank you to Iris, and re-iterate in public what a massive honour it is to carry on her captaincy after the loss of our great friend, Kangaroo. It is a privilege I do not take lightly, and look forward to continuing the traditions of the Java Cartel. Recent days have not been easy for any of us, many people have fallen victim to the war that Chicago and New Orleans waged on the other families, many innocent people died, and we've all lost good friends. I would have Kangaroo back among us in an instant if I could, but in the absence of such god-like abilities, I would like to continue The Mocha Syndicate in his honour. This time does not call for a brand new captaincy, but a continuation of a captaincy that was in the midst of flourishing under his leadership. Here we are on the other side of the adversity and looking to a bright future, I look forward to working with Iris to grow her family once more and keep Philly as the bustling city is. Thanks to all those that have helped us through the last few days. Caligula steps down and heads off into the rebuilt Mocha Syndicate HQ. |

She stands outside of the Mocha Syndicate offices and smiles at the memories of when she handed the keys over to Kangaroo. A tear falls upon her cheek which she quickly wipes away. Caligula, you have proved to me and my family how fantastic you are. You have gone above and beyond so many times. As Kangaroo's right hand you were fantastic. Who else would I want as a captain? I cannot express to you how overjoyed I was when you accepted my offer and planned to carry on the Mocha Syndicate name. I wish you all the luck in the world and promise to continue your daily cookie deliveries. With you at the helm I know The Mocha Syndicate will once again flourish and help bring some life to our wonderful city of Philadelphia. She tucks a cookie into Caligula's pocket and winks. Thank you dear and congratulations. |

Kangaroo would be so proud of what you've achieved in his wake, Caligula. Well not really, he'd be furious that you've usurped him, but that seemed rude to say. Nevertheless, your bloodline has repeatedly gained the respect of their peers and won over their critics. It's high time a member of your family received such an honour. | The loss of Kangaroo pained me greatly, such useless violence destroying an excellent leader and scattering his family. So seeing his right hand carry on the flag is the best thing that could have happened. The Mocha lovers will rise once again. | |
