DeadlySin was sat in his office, up late as usual, when he heard a knock at his door.

"Come in!" he shouted - he'd asked Phil Steak to come and see him a few hours ago. Phil was a hard worker just like Deadly, so he knew it would be late before he arrived.

"Take a seat Phil, can I offer you a cigar or a drink?" Phil nodded, and took the cigar from Deadly as he lit it. Deadly then stood, went over to his drinks cabinet and poured two glasses of whiskey. He passed one to Phil as he sat back down.

"You must be wondering why I called you here. To be truthful, what I am about to give you fills me with joy and sadness simultaneously. You have been with me since the start my friend, from the time we spent in Vegas when all we had were hopes and dreams for the future. Well, that future is right now. We have taken a huge journey to get where we are today, overcoming staggering odds and fighting back against anyone who attacked us. Through all of this, you have remained completely loyal, never once faltering from the task at hand."

"You are one of the key people that got us this far. Your hard work and dedication is truly inspiring to those around you. I have seen you flourish as a leader in Philadelphia, and now I want to see you flourish as a leader of your own city."

Phil looks confused for a second as Deadly continues...

"As you know, the city of New Orleans is now lacking any criminal organisation and is in need of mobsters filling it's streets. I am giving you the city, to run it's operations and take over as head of the city. You will be missed my friend, but I cannot keep you in Philadelphia any more - you have more than earned this opportunity and I look forward to seeing you prosper."

There was another knock at the door, and the leaders from Philadelphia and hands entered the room already with drinks in their hands.

"Phil, may you enjoy the same successes that we have shared in our time together in Philadelphia."

Deadly and the others raise their glasses in a toast.

"Congratulations!"

Congratulations Phil. I am sure you will do great in New Orleans

Phil_Steak lifts his glass up at the direction of DeadlySin, then turns around and points the glass towards the group of people who had just walked into the office. Phil was trying to buy time before saying any words, so that his emotions would not choke him up when he tried to speak.

I..I..thank you. Thank you DeadlySin. Thank you to all of you. My time spent with this outfit.. with this organization... has without a doubt been the best thing to ever happen to me. I have learned so much from each and every person in this room. It saddens me greatly that I will be across the country from you guys, my friends. But this is an opportunity of a lifetime."

"Please please please make sure to visit me in New Orleans!"

Phil, you did a great job in Philly, and you'll do a great one in NO. However, you might just need to get used to the cajun style spice on your steak. You will be missed in Philly, but I'll be sure to visit.
