I think it would be quite a cool idea that if you get the witness statement for one of your family members getting PPd you should be able to mug the person that did it for your family member.

If you were walking down the street and saw someone pickpocket your family member, you wouldnt let them get away with it.
You should be able to chase them down and get the money back and vengeance for your family.

Example:- Aug 17, '12 13:37 You witnessed Asshole PICKPOCKET! Ed-Sheeran.

Then you can find that player and go mug the shit out of them.

Aug 17, '12 13:37 You caught up with Asshole, beat him within an inch of his life, and took $300,000

Then do what you will with the money, maybe split it with your family member.

Aug 17, '12 13:37 Your accountant has made payment of 150,000 to Ed-Sheeran.

If someone was to pickpocket someone in your family and you get the witness statement then you may go and mug the offender for the person that got pickpocketed..

For example, If I got pickpocketed by GarryBloggs and Wu-Zi-Mu got the WS for it, he could then go mug Gary instead of me doing it but for maybe half the money..

Where a person that got PP'd has a chance of getting between 1/100% of the money the person they mug has, maybe the family member catching the statement would get a higher minimum but a lower maximum so maybe something like 25/75% of money..

Or if the percentages stayed the same then maybe when the family member mugged someone on behalf of their fellow crew member, a percentage of the money they get from mugging the person would automatically go to the family member that got pickpocketed..

I Absolutly agree with this, merely for the fact that it would make the whole "pp friendly" on the profile redundant. Anyone that sees it happen could also have the chance of mugging, therefore everyone, pp friendly or not would have the same chance of getting mugged. One more step in the direction of making the game as realistic as possible. If I had a vote, I'd cast it.
