Since relocating to New Orleans, Phil_Steak knew his first few weeks would be stressful and tense. He needed to increase the influence of organized crime, while
also firming his grasp over the city’s overall economy in legal ventures.


Phil had purchased the rival hotel across the street from The Royal Orleans and demolished it earlier in the week. Construction had then begun, forming a building in the shape of a rabbit’s head.

A completely indoor bridge/escalated tunnel connected The Royal Orleans to this new building.
Phil didn't want to just own a Hotel, he wanted to own a luxurious resort. A Casino was what his hotel needed. 

The entrance to the casino was nicknamed "The Rabbits Head". 

The rabbits head consisted of wide open flooring, filled with rows of slot machines, black-jack tables, and a multitude of roulette tables. 

Two pools formed the ears of this rabbit; however these were no regular pools. These pools were laced with diamonds along the bottom and sides, forming the 
most amazing sparkles one could imagine.

I'm not much of a gambler. I barely make enough money to feed myself, but I took what little cash I had into The Sparkling Bunny. I wanted to support my boss. It's a win win for him, either he gets the money via tributes, or when the chips are counted tonight. I lost everything I had, including the shirt off my back, but that didnt stop me from snagging one of lower egoed waitresses. Mr.Agent lands back into New Orleans after being called away for business for a few days. He walks into the Phil's casino still being shocked by the excitement and dedication that was put into the place. As the man was looking around he noticed a few new waitresses working. As he walks over to the Member's Service Desk, he looks over at the blackjack table seeing the dealer from his last visit. The thinks to himself a bit

The young calls over a waitress and tells her to bring Mr.Agent's drink. She picks up the phone and dails the number to Phil's room. As the man waits his drinks get delievered and he quickly throws it back.

"Mr.Phil will be right down sir."

The man smiles

Early this morning, I walked into The Sparking Bunny with a few thousand dollars. Not much to brag about, but I'm not a big time shot caller like others. I sat down at the table, proceeded to lose everything I had in two hands. Why, because I'm terrible at gambling. I never learn my lesson, i just keep fattening Phil's vaults. Well as I was leaving, that same mediocre waitress was on duty. She gave me the $2000 she 'stole' from me the other night. You can guess what happened, I lost that too.

Enjoy my hard earned monies Godfather, Ill get them back somehow. Well, probably not, more than likely Ill keep losing everything I have, but a man can dream!

Quietly sitting down near the bar puffin a cuban cigar as I begin to take my last shot of Jose Cuervo before I calmly get up and head back to the black jack tables; I couldn't help to think...

This has to be my favorite casino in out of all these wonderful cities! Godfather Phil, I can not begin to thank you enough. The woman at the casinos are beautiful the dealers are friendly and the liquor is far from watered down. I have always placed larger bets on these black jack table of yours. Max bet of 200k each time, it doesn't get any better than this! It's always a wonderful time when I am here godfather and I shall continue to fly back to the sparkling bunny as often as possible.
