Cesc had been sitting on a bench in the park for the past two hours minding his own business. He was smoking on a lit cigarette and trying to catch a bit of sun when he overheard a group of people talking about the Brotherhood. Cesc had been living in Spain for the past twenty years so he didn't have a clue what was going on in America these days. He had no idea who or what the Brotherhood was so he decided to grab somebody's attention to see what all the commotion was about. Cesc stood up and seen a person walk by him. He whistled over to that peson then called over to them.

"Excuse me, give me a moment of your time please..."

Cesc marched over to them and took a draw from his cigarette. He flicked the ash onto the pavement and patted the person on the shoulder. Maybe this person could Cesc what he wanted to know before he went crazy trying to find the answers to what he wanted to know.

"Sorry for taking up your time here fella, but who are the Brotherhood? I hear this name being mentioned quite a substantial amount yet I don't have a clue what it means. I see a lot of people bearing those words on their arm but how did it start? I've been away a long time you see so I don't know much about anything that goes on here. If you'd be so kind as to fill me in, then that would be much appreciate my friend. Talk, I'm all ears."

Cesc took another draw from the cigarette as he waited for the stranger to talk and tell Cesc what he wanted to know about the Brotherhood.

Have you really seen many people sporting that name? People in crews?

The Brotherhood have made several announcements over time. You can probably still find about them if you browse through the records of those speeches.

"Forgive me sir, I should have rephrased how I said this. When I meant I have seen a lot of people I meant that most of them are actually dead now and in the morgue or the cemetary."

Cesc felt pretty stupid by this and he merely took a draw from the cigarette and flicked some ash onto the ground. He looked back to Aiden.

"Thank you for taking the time to get to me on this sir."

The Brotherhood is a group of Muslim supremacist I guess. Not entirely sure. Anyway they shoot at people who mock them and that's it.

They haven't shot at me yet and I'm constantly mocking their "sour grapes union".

This poster seems ever so... strange, nothing has happened for a short while regarding The Brotherhood and their name has barely been mentioned. Now we have a "young 'un" fresh off the boat asking about them. Seems very odd to me... it's almost like The Brotherhood aren't getting any attention so they disguised themselves as a noob just to get some conversation out of people about them.  :P

And again, who knows, maybe we're looking at a future Godfather here.

This does seem rather suspicious in terms of timing.

It's a trap!

Cesc laughed at the sillyness of the people and what they were saying about. He appreciated that the Brotherhood was bad people but he was definitely not one of them, nor would he ever be.

"My dear people rest assured, I am but a mere young man trying to make his way into this life you all live. I am not a random attacker and you'll probably find that I am a very peaceful man."

Cesc took another draw from the cigarette and looked back at the people to see if they had anything else to say.

Maestro lights up a cigarette and puffs a smoke before speaking.

If that's true, then how do you even know of the Brotherhood?

Cesc took one final draw from the cigarette then he flicked it onto the pavement a few metres away from him. He looked at Maestro and he nodded his head to show he was listening.

"I know of the Brotherhood as I've seen the amount of people that have come forward on the street and spoke about them. I've seen the people in the cemeteries and the morgues. I've also just seen that Rogue had died and he was working for this Brotherhood. Kinda makes a man curious as to what it is don't you agree?"

Cesc patted Maestro on the shoulder then shook his head.

"I can assure you however that I am not one of them."

Maestro swiftly pushes Cesc away from him.

First of all, touch me again and I'll break your arms. Secondly, if you've really seen speeches of the Brotherhood, then you would know who they are. Most of their speeches make it clear who they are and what they want, so how come you haven't realized that?

Cesc looks back at the ignorant Maestro and spits at the floor.

"Ah so you're the kind that isn't friendly and who likes to assume the worst in everyone. I get it now."

Cesc takes a few steps back from the man and smiles.

"Don't think I'm trying to be rude here I was merely being polite as to be quite honest, I don't fancy getting wacked by you sir. The Brotherhood have made their speeches yes but coming from someone who has lived in Spain for twenty years to come back to these shores and listen to all this mumbo jumbo about terrorists and deaths it makes a man wonder... What is the point in it all? Why do they do this?"

Cesc took another step back as Maestro looked like he was going to swing for him.

"And don't take me patting your shoulder as a personal attack Maestro, it's just called being friendly."

Why do they do it is also something they've explained. They do it because they think New Orleans is theirs, and nobody should set up there but them.

"Sir do you not think that by saying what you just said would have been easier than all the hostilities?"

Cesc extended a hand aiming for a handshake to apologies to Maestro.

"How bout we forget about what just happen now and start over. I do apologize if I offended you at all Maestro, as only being friendly ya know?"

Careful Cesc, you might lose an arm!

I'm not sure why you have determined we are a "sour grapes union", Countdown. I don't think we've ever suggested we were bitter over anything.

The only thing we could potentially be perceived as being bitter over is Phil_Steak's occupation of our beloved New Orleans.

We are not bitter over this, far from it.

We are furious.

Cesc watched as the man with the nickname of 'The Brotherhood' came forward and made his claim that New Orleans rightfully belonged to the affiliation he was associated with. Cesc didn't want any trouble but he couldn't understand why the man was so angry.

"Sir may I just inquire as to why you think that New Orleans belong you and the gang that you are affiliated with?"

Cory Chase looks at The Brotherhood and raises a eyebrow to the man. He laughed a little as he continued back down the street and looked over his shoulder to TheBrotherhood.

"You don't have to say you are bitter about anything TheBrotherhood, your actions clearly speak louder then your words. You are indeed butt hurt over something or you wouldn't be taking actions of murdering innocent people. How you could be bitter from someone getting auth in a city the correct way in this thing of ours is beyond me."

He threw his hand up and continued to walk down the sidewalk. He about made it around the corner before he turned around and looked back to Cesc.

"Cesc... I honestly don't know why you would fuel this fire about them. If you or your fathers have been around for a week or so you would already know and not need to ask. Better yet, instead of giving them more attention on the street, why not ask your crew? I see enough of The Brotherhood talk to last me my lifetime. "

Cory Chase was the next person to come forward and and give Cesc a reply to his question. He didn't exactly know why but Cesc could feel a little resentment coming from the people that had stopped and talked to him. He must have gone about this all wrong.

"Thanks for taking the time to stop and talk to me about this Cory. I understand now who these people are and I'll be steering well clear from them and everything they are standing for. But I could not ask my crew as I was not involved with organized crime when I came to the streets with this topic."
