So as many of you know iv been trying to set up in a city for quite some time and had no luck, then PH who didnt grant me permission now have decided to set up in 2 citys (talk about being big headed), also what happend to the days where you would be shot for such a thing, 2 citys for 1 crew come of it next they will be moving across the whole map lol, and to top it off this also stops others having the oppitunity aswell, is it fair, NO.
