My last character was in effect killed by the boss I worked for a really petty reason. I was kill because I posted thoughts of family members about a matter that was not going to compromise the family’s security. I've been done wrong by bad leadership so many time. A leader should lose just as much if he or she gets rid of a hard working member for a petty/near-no reason as the person they are getting rid of is losing. In my case many think my character was kill because the boss was jealous. Me? I don't know if he was jealous or not. All I know is he kill me for a bull shit reason. And my suggestion here to you all is that leaders should not gain nothing from losing members and in fact should lose something and if it is a active member they should lose a lot, especially, if the reason for getting rid of the member is a bullshit reason. We as a community need to fight bad leadership. I mean really it's getting out of hand.

You had your time, place and say on the subject in the coffeeshops, bringing what is effectively family business out into the open is not the right thing to do. We keep family matters, in-house.

Whether you are right or wrong on that subject is irrelevant, you should not have aired your city's 'dirty laundry'. We're supposed to live by a code and you broke it. Deal with the consequences and move on.

If the boss says that nothing goes out of the family, nothing goes out of the family. No matter if it can hurt the family or not.

That wasn't dirty laundry that was a regular coversation.  That would I'm saying I see the bosses and there rhms not following the same rules. They do that same thing, matter of fact worse.

You suggestion hasn't directly stated specifically what you are trying to suggest, you are making a suggestion based on emotions. Please keep in mind that the suggestion forum is not the place to bring vengeance to other players. I do think you need to be more clear in the future as I have no idea what you are asking for. Are you saying we should sponsor the idea to penalize leaders for doing their job?
