This isn't a big issue at all and waiting the 10 minutes is only a minor inconvenience I know, but would it be possible to have an option if you don't want to mug to just PP someone back right away? I don't really understand why you need to wait 10 minutes to do this.

You can PP someone straight away
You can still Mug someone straight away

Seems a simple suggestion to me. I dont see any cons with this either, its a choice which action you take

Everything that gives players a choice is a plus. I suggest a small box in the PP page and it mugs when you tick it, but if it's left unticked then it just pp's.

I know this only small, but I think it would be worth doing.

I like the suggestion, because I've often wanted to pickpocket someone back after my wallet was stolen.

Out of a roleplay perspective there might be some cons.

Is there any chance of succes if you pickpocket someone directly after he pp'ed you? - He would be on high alert after all!

Why would you pickpocket someone that only moments ago stole your wallet? All you want is your wallet back, so deal with or beat him up.

What will happen to mugging if this was to be implemented? I think mugging should be an option in this game, I also believe it shouldn't be frowned upon that much, there should be some sort of risk involved in pickpocketing. But, that's another discussion though. By making it an option to pickpocket someone or mug, the mugging feature possibly will be never used again.

Thats something I had later thought of after my previous post, Mr Adams. I still think however that the idea has merit.

At the moment, Mugging is still a choice. People choose to get their own back on others, its not automatic. So I dont see any reason why Mugging would feature any less than it does now. It would simply mean that were a friend to Pick another friends Pocket, they wouldn't have to then allow 10 minutes for the previous victim to return the favour in a friendly manner, instead of one that carries so many other side effects.

The way pickpocketing is being used by everyone, a friendly competition like way, it does make sense. Throw a dog a bone I guess, so why not.

What could be done is on the mug confirmation page (which is gotten to via PP) next to the button to continue and mug you have a pickpocket button so you can either mug or PP.

This way we could also do away with the 10 minute limitation on mug and maybe ramp it up to 30 minutes because I hate when someone PP's while your idle and can't mug them when back at the PC 12 mins later.

This looks like a nice option. Some times Id just like to pick a pocket than beat a person to a pulp.

I've always thought the timer was a little absurd considering no other agg works in the same way. With that said, this seems like a pretty decent idea.
