Having arrived in Vegas the night before, it was only right that he sampled what some would call the city's "traditions". Caligula wandered out off the Pair-o-Dice Club. His tribly tipped on its side, the brown silk tie undone and the dark brown suit jacket slung over his shoulder....he still hadn't been to bed. What a city! The random proclamation had grabbed the attention of a few mafioso passing by. He waited a few second until a larger crowd gathered and the surmising rabble died down. Too long now has Las Vegas been without a leader. This fine city deserves someone at the helm who has the experience and cool head to guide it, yet the enthusiasm and drive to breathe new life through its fine streets. In my opinion, there is no better man than the one being tasked with this job. I say job, but there's little doubt it's a privilege that is not being handed over by the current leaders lightly. Since my arrival on these shores, my bloodline has known that of this man and there are few, if any, that I consider finer. In the early days, our forefathers were not always on the same side of the family divides that play a part in this thing of ours, but his always had the respect of mine. Of course, over the generations, that respect has grown greatly. That is all great, but it is on his own merits that Mont has earnt the respect of the current leaders, enough so that he is being given his own city; Las Vegas. He has, for months, worked tirelessly and selflessly for The Java Cartel. On top of being a top earner and donator to the family, Mont has always been there to offer advice, support and a helping hand. At the same time, he's a man who stands up for what he believes in and has worked for all that he has. Most recently, he was integral in the war effort where our family, amongst others, came under attack and we were forced to defend ourselves along with the other leaders. I'm sure that many have come to consider him as a confidant but not only those in his own family, and that is a measure of the man. I've waffled on enough about him though, his head will be absolutely massive....yes, bigger than normal! In an effort to bring it down a little in size.....Mont, try and make this last more than 2 days.......make your pappy proud! Ladies and Gents, it is with delight that the current family heads give you The Ministry of Silly Walks and the new Las Vegas leader, Mont. Salut! |

Walks upto Caligula and shakes his hand on a fine selection to run Vegas. May it prosper as long and as well as it did in the days of Animal. Walks away lighting a cigar and chuckling |

I would like to thank Caligula for making the announcement in my absence and wish Mont all of the luck in the world. It makes me very proud to see him setting up on his own in Vegas and I cannot wait to see what he does with the city. She smiles Now I can expand Domino's room to fit that carousel inside of it...Yay! |

Phil laughs a little at hearing his father mentioned. Mont, What can i say other then it is about damn time. I am sure my father is looking down and he couldn't be happier with the individual selected to take up the wild reigns of Vegas. Rock On My Man, Rock On! |

Walks outside of the Casino.. eyes squinting as the sun hits my face for the first time in a day Congrats on your new family and being in Las Vegas.. a great city indeed, and a great place to make memories and gain power. Good luck and its nice to see a family member move onto great things. Accidently drops some slot machine tokens on the ground..picking them up and walking back into the Casino |
