Mont walks out of city hall having had his plans approved at a meeting of the city council Well ladies, gentlemen and Cornholio, over the past few weeks this thing of ours has been a little hectic, new auths into cities, wars and new captians for existing cities. Following a rather busy day I was approached by Don Iris asking me if I would like a mission, the mission was simple. Bring the good times back to the city of sin. How could I turn down such an offer, I did notice Flyingpig in the background rubbing his gun possibly hoping I wouldnt accept but I like to keep on the good side So that brings me to today walking out to address you all. As of today, within the city of Las Vegas, The Ministry of Silly Walks will commence work on this once thriving now slightly neglected city. Our objective is quite simply to bring the Sinners back to Sin City. My plans for the city. Well first and foremost they are to get established here and commence building my family up, then to take stock of what is about within the city, and finally I will look to incorporate a few things I have in mind but keep your eye on the streets for more of that later. Finally, and probably the goal that is most important and the one I am eager to take on is to work with the other leaders to continue to grow this thing of ours and in doing so maximising the potential of my family. The time is ripe for the seven cities to prosper like they haven't for far to long. |

She stands behind everyone, hoping to be unnoticed during the speech then makes her way toward Mont. Words cannot express the pride I feel today as I see you opening your doors in Vegas. Regardless of city or side of the continent I hope you know that we are always family and you can come for cookies and milk any time. She winks I am sorry I could not be here to make the speech myself, but as you know business with the producers of some new cough and cold serum I am hoping to bring to the shelves kept me away.
