Basically thier is Rouge crews n Durdans for people to shoot at but not always these have Forts to AT as such so my idea is for the admin to create a Crew of 50 players with high amounts of cash on hand that cant be shot and only PPed or BG shot and have 9/8 players in each of the citys and all members are ISW protected, thats the first part the second is that have the crew HQ ISWP aswell for people to shot at

Pros,

people can practice PPing without being mugged

shot BGs without being shot n same with HQ forts

cons,

you cant shot the players themselves

no grave robbing

it will cost adimin quite a bit of memory space but least thier will be more stuff to train youre sklls on

You can PP Currupt Officers without the fear of being mugged. Just a FYI

Every Durden spawn comes equipped with HQ fortifications that you can attack, as well as bodyguards. The Rogue that spawns is not actually a crew, but just an NPC to take a shot at. As Ragnarok said, you can already pickpocket CA's and Durdens without fear of being mugged. Does it really matter how much money they have on hand? You said you wanted the experience, most people don't pickpocket to make money, especially considering that you can only get, at most, $5,000 from a pp.

I do not really see a need to create a whole new Admin Crew just to do things that are already available within the game.

Have to agree with Cassiopeia on this one. It doesn't seem worthwhile to bring in more NPCs, especially when there are already options available to players looking to do what you're advocating.

^^ not all of them, and yes most do but they are not avaliable to attack from every city, and yes but maybe if this crew waas created and the admin saw more people PPing then they would up it to 10k then 15k

You can in fact shoot at Tyler's HQ fortifications from any city in the game. And I can guarantee you the pp limit wouldn't be raised to 10 or 15k. There are plenty of opportunities in the game to do all of the things you are suggesting. There really is no need to introduce anymore of something that is already available.

Durden HQ can be attacked from any city. Users are free to pickpocket, BG shoot or kill these NPCs also. So really the suggestion above is already in place.

I dont believe youll ever get the PC crew, nor the admins to agree on a 24 hour NPC crew that can be pick pocketed, bodyguard killed, then killed that regenerates 24 hours a day.
