So on October 10th the fifth and supposedly final instalment of the amazing Assassin's Creed series comes out. I am so ridiculously excited for the game that I got a tattoo to show my love for the games.

I'll admit, I'm worried about how revolutionary America will fit the play style of the previous games, but I have been worried before, and have yet to be dissappointed by Ubisoft Montreal (besides how short Revelations' storyline was -_-) I'm sure this game will be just as awesome as the others.

Who else is excited??

I'd love to be, but I cant. Played the 1st AC, it was so mind numbing with it's several generic quests that need to be done over and over again it totally killed the excitement for me. The free movement is nice, the art and graphics are good ( considering when it was released) and I've always had a soft spot for history fiction... but it is so damn repetitive! Got AC II in my Steam library and cant make myself to go ahead and play it, that's how curbed my enthusiasm is from the 1st game.

AC III does look amazing tho. If they had managed to keep it more diverse with the tasks and less "grinding" just so you could move ahead with the plot line then it's gonna be a awesome game.

I'm really excited about it as well, I've played every AC game and loved them all, well the first one was ok, I think they got better with each one they made! Does it come out Oct 10th or the 30th?

I read the 10th a couple of months ago, but a commercail I saw last night said 30th.
