CarbolicSmokeBall emerges, shaking and bedraggled, from the Pickle Posse HQ, carrying with him a dog eared and blood stained sheet on which it appears there are a number of questions printed.. Well, it wasn't pretty, and it wasn't easy, and at times we wanted to tear each other's toenails out, but between us, the #crewleader coffee shop and some of the Gods have come up with a Grand Mafia Quiz to test your memory and general nerdiness. Despite some..err.. Creative and historical differences over some of the answers, we are delighted to announce that there is an ample prize fund for those who participate. First prize - $1.7m Second prize - $1.2m Third prize - $700,000 You are not expected to get all the answers right - it is probably nearly impossible to do so. We will reward effort, originality where originality is required, and in some cases, blatant flattery. If some of the questions mean nothing to you - don't worry. They could be from before your bloodline stepped off the boat here, and allowances will be made for that. The questions have been designed so that people whose bloodlines have been around for varying time periods can all participate - therefore it is possible for an entry to win a prize with even a third of the factual questions correct. These questions cover the "old" world as well as the current world. Collaboration and discussion behind the scenes on the factual answers is allowed but each actual entry must be individual to allow for the more 'creative' questions and help us decide who should win. 1. Some quick corrections.. Question 40 should read.. Varazes, FlyingPig, PrinceofCheese, Anita - all high ranking and powerful players at different points in history. But who is the odd one out and why? Question 34 should read.. Which "loud" named rogue fought with The_Narcissist to try to take down Anita? Thanks for pointing out my errors, kids. I'm only human! |
