I would suggest that the DFP raided notifications are also displayed in the crew chat of every HQ within that city.

They currently can only be seen on IRC, giving someone not on IRC little to no chance of landing a DFP when they become available.

It could alternatively be a flashing personal notification.

Im not for the flashing personal, but I do see the gap between people who use IRC and people who do not. It would be an idea to either remove the IRC notifications all together or use the family chat message. Although I am reserved in using the latter method, I don't believe we should place to much emphasis on putting things onto the family chat.

I'd say just remove the notification all together, give every one the same opportunists chance. Just a thought.

I think an automated message in the crew chat would be pretty legit.

I agree that those that lurk on irc whilst not logged into the game have an fair advantage in this case, especially if they have setup notifications.

I think this going out as a crew chat or better yet a city chat once that is coded is a great idea.
