Having lunch in a diner full of working class men and women four Los Angeles mobsters discussed business between bites of greasy cheese burgers and fries. In hushed tones and whispers they talked about deals, profits and plans. When the mobsters were done with their food and their empty plates were taken away they continued to talk shop over coffee and cigarettes.

“We have the permits we need to open the casino. Everything on paper will look legit. Construction will be finished before your deadline, Boss. The highway billboards advertising the casino will attract a lot of tourists.”

“The people from the movie studio keep calling. They want us to invest in two movies they have in the works. Katherine Hepburn is going to be the leading lady in the first one. The other one is a mafia movie. Maybe what we need is a few good movies to inspire new faces to join this thing of ours in the future.”  

“We can barely keep up with the demand for coke. Our dealers are selling it as fast as we get deliveries from our supplier. The coke we get from corrupt agents helps with the demand, but it’s not enough. We need to increase our supply or we’re going to lose money, Boss.”

Innocence sat quietly at the table and listened to Mercury, Fydora and Bruiser. Business in Los Angeles was increasing faster than The Godfather expected. It was a good sign, but also a lot of work to keep up with. After giving some thought to what they said Innocence looked around the table at her advisers.

“Keep pushing the casino advertising. People will flock to it like church on Sunday even when they’re broke. They’ll beg, borrow and steal to play blackjack. Tell the movie studio people to put Katherine Hepburn in the mafia movie and I’ll invest every penny they need to make it. She'll be a natural as one of us.”

The Godfather of Los Angeles paused to take a drink of coffee.

“The coke issue is going to take time to sort out. We’re not going to buy from just any Johnny-on-the-spot supplier. I’ll make some calls to friends of ours and ask them who their suppliers are. Until we have a new source tell our dealers to raise the price. If people want it bad enough they’ll pay anything for it.”

The mobsters left the diner shortly later and Innocence gestured for Bruiser to follow her to her car. As they walked through the parking lot Innocence glanced at her friend and said, “I remember when you joined my familia. It was during some of the darkest days in the mafia. We both lost so many loved ones. After the first wave of deaths I became numb to it and focused on doing what had to be done. Through out those chaotic days you were one of the people who encouraged and supported me. You had faith in me when I didn’t have faith in myself. For that and your loyalty to me since then thank you.”

“Enough of the sentimental stuff.” Innocence said and waved at a group of young mobsters walking through the parking lot. After the youngsters went in the diner Innocence turned towards Bruiser again. “Business is booming in LA, my friend. I want you buy your own headquarters and start a new branch of our familia dedicated to drug trafficking. With Chase’s counterfeit and stolen goods operations, Caffrey in charge of shakedowns and bribes and you running the drug side of our business we’ll take our city to the next level. As the cool kids say, it will be epic.”

Congratulations Bruiser - glad to see this thing of ours conitnue to expand ! 

After hearing the great news Bruiser hugs his Godmother and whispers, "I won't let you down!"

After the embrace Bruiser turns towards his most trust, soon to be right hand man Carlo and says, "Looks like we have some hard work ahead of us Carlo, we best get to it!"

Before Carlo and I head out, I'd like to say thank you to not only my friend and my mentor Godfather Innocence, but also, Mercury, Cory_Chase and Caffrey for I know that Innocence values the opinions of these fine mobsters and without their endorsement this very happy day for me, may have never come to be.  

As our wonderful Godfather has pointed out we need more presence in the drug market out here in LA.  Between the stars and the wanna-bes there's 3 times the need as compared to the supply and we are going to put a stop to that shit!  With that being said I will introduce our family, "Le Angel Malvagie", We will be setting up shop on the westside of Los Angeles, near the Olympic Park area.  I have found a very lucrative speak easy we shall work out of until I find a more suitable building for us to move our endeavours to.

There is a lot to do and very little time to do it so with that I'd like to thank you ladies and gentlemen for your time but I've got shit to do!

With that, Bruiser's most trusted bodyguard "Big Paul" opened the door to a new Mercury, as Bruiser and Carlo got in for the long drive to the west side.

While shaking a tree over another victim's car he stops and smiles, should have been in better hands, as he is done causeing mayhem for this one family (as he does every night) he hears the good news of his old friend getting his bold suit. He approaches him through the waves of bodyguards to congratulate him. 

Bruiser, this is a great day, to see you in bold man, looks good on you. You are a great addition to LA and know you will do well there. 

Mayhem stops his terror for a few, to salute his old friend. SALUTE! and Congrats old friend.

Fydora twirls up a storm

Omg congrats mr brusier you and I were one of the first two to join up with innocence and you and I have had too many relatives together to not become friends. I know you will do well and You sir are a good and loyal friend to have. Congrats and lets keep Las Angeles awesome :D much love. Kurgan smiles has he hears the news that his friend Bruiser had just been given the keys to a new HQ there kin had knowen each other for a long time and had only had the pleasure of working with each other once.

Bruiser i cant think of anyone that foots the bill to help LA expand your dedication and hard work can only bring great things to LA congrats my friend, I wish you nothing but the best.

Kurgan hands Bruiser a bottle of Whiskey and a box of Fine Cuban Cigars

here stands living proof that hard work dedication and persistance do pay off in the end. when you put on that sharp looking bold suit you show that youve more than earned it and definately deserve it. many well wishes to you my friend. those that flock to your banner will be guided by one of our better leaders on these shores

Taking the bottle of whiskey from his friend Bruiser takes back two large swigs then hands it back to kurgan.  Have a pull off that and pass it around to everyone.

HannahBanana takes her leave and starts planning on how to executeg the street shindigs for this evening's celebration.

Standing on top one one of the tallest business building's in LA he took a deep breath and looked over the ocean as he smiled, knowing down on the streets below him was a party for the newest expansion in LA. Oldman was happy with this as he knew this guy from around the streets, they had smoked together, did some crimes and enjoyed some entertainment the same

A proud day and exciting day for you to take grasp of your own organization and expand the business here. A lot of people out there need product and we need these rackeets enforced and I am glad you are the man to do it. Congrats buddy and I hope to see you rolling in riches soon.

Taprrot was walking the streets of LA once again this night. Seeing a brand new shiny car on these streets only means a few things so Taprrots walks closer. Noticing a crowd, Taprrot takes a swig from his flask and wanders closer until he heard the news.

This is indeed good news. A much needed happy time and hopefully see a shift in the coke market finally.

Taprrots claps and offers up a fine bottle of whiskey imported into LA via Cananda.

Walking out with a broad grin on her face she loved an expansion.  The thought of more money coming into the city always got her hot and flustered.  Pulling at her black lacy corset and checking her butt in the mirror she thought she looked good tonight, just low enough in tone so people wouldn't notice her. As her heels clicked against the the concrete floor she grimaced a little thinking how quiet she liked to be on a night out.

"Bruiser you have been a loyal servant to the city and i wish you the best with your climb up the ladder, i know you are more then capable of such a task and look forward to the prestige, power and profit you bring to the city"

realising how late it was, she smiled at bruiser and departed with a bottle of champagne in hand guzzling it down like a wino
