Simple and easy... I've never understood why people who are Gangster/Goomba and shooting can only shoot at the BG's of dead people.

I don't really have any good reasons to see this in place, except for lack of a reason to begin with. (Unless there is one and I'm unaware of it).

Pro's - More shots for those ranked lower than Earner
More people to have BG wacking live people in a war

Con's - It'll change something up, which for a lot of people is a no-no.
...Willing to hear more.

Unless I'm mistaken, having BG auth allows Gangster's and Goomba's to wack alive people's BG's.

It probably would do the trick... I forgot all about that extra perm auth being put in. Cheers!
