I am proposing that there be a set amount of kills before wackback comes into play. These numbers are meant for AFTER someone maxes. I believe that while someone is training they should not be subject to wackback.
Wack around 300 Stealth around 400 Info around 400 Defense around 500
After this grace period, wackback kicks in at half the rate that it is currently set. This would ensure that wackback is still a possibility but less of a risk. The actual number of kills before WB kicks in should be an unknown element that kicks in after a certain number of ranges.
Combination answers would be weighted accordingly. For example, if someone chose a stealth/defense set their grace period would become a percentage of stealth/defense and fall between the two numbers.
I am also proposing that tapering come into play on the top ten guns with a set tapering rate of .25 for the top 3 guns, .35 for guns 4-7 and .45 for guns 8-10 per kill.
I am proposing it this way because the majority of us know when we choose a certain set of answers we have additional risks and benefits. Our original choices would still come into play. This would give everyone a grace period, keep wackback as a viable possibility at a lower risk, and slow down the top guns should they choose to take the risk. |
