since we are going into a "business district instinct" mode and "sky high credits" here is an idea that will help.

Only a made man can open a business district and each made and up that has a business district earns a certain percentage of discount on credits

starts off at 1% and with more trafic into the business the higher the rate going up to a max of 5%(just a number)

I think this has some possible merit. Although i do not agree with it being made man+. if we're go to do this, lets encourage everyone to use the district.

There are already stat boosts for posting in the bar threads, I don't think it's necessary to reward people with credits too. That said I don't think this would be a decision the player commission could make, it would have to be the game's owners.
