You step out in the streets to see a man with the flowing hair of a God handing out what appears to be pamphlets. You walk closer to see what he is doing, and you come to find out that they are actually lottery tickets! Picking one up, there is a sheet of paper on top of the actual ticket, it reads;

Now before you stroll off on your merry little way because you don't trust one of us, let me introduce to you, our 'bank,' FlyingPig! FlyingPig will be holding all bets and paying the prize when someone guesses our numbers. The way it will work is as follows, you pick three numbers, 1-10, and whoever matches all three of their numbers with ours will win ten times the amount you bet. The correct numbers will be hidden in a back alley, and this location will be revealed to everyone publicly at the time of the drawing. Of course, in the back alley you will be able to see the time and date that the numbers were chosen, to assure you gamblers that the numbers were picked before any betting took place. For every person to win, we will change our numbers. Now; the betting part! You can bet anywhere from five thousand, to one hundred thousand, keep in mind your chances are the same, no matter what you bet. Also keep in mind that FlyingPig has ALREADY received the numbers as well as them already being hidden in a back alley, so there is no way you can be cheated. Remember, the numbers are 1-10, and you CAN pick a number more than once; as well as bet more than one time.
Ripping off the piece of paper, you see the actual ticket. The top reads The Official Cash Lottery Underneath, the ticket has numbers 1-10 on it, and you pick one up, wondering how much you should bet.
As you walk away you hear the soothing voice of germansolistice saying "Please remember, gamble responsibly!" |
