basically i was tipping my FBN to gain a unit but still havent got 1, n iv spent 750k, is that right or is the game just fucking up ? |

try hitting just the sell button about 15 times. if the message that the dealer doesnt know you well enough pops up, you need to tip a bit more. if you dont get a message, you havent got enought XP for the next unit. |

There is two sides of the equation. 1) You must have enough experience points to even have more units. 2) You must have tipped enough to get more units. Also keep in mind that when you are tipping, the tips only accumulate in the city you did it in. So if you tipped 30 times in NY, then when you are ready to get more units assuming you have the XP, you need to go to NY to get vouched for (once you get your 30 in NY, all cities then respect your 30) |

Just a heads up, if you have a corrupt agent on the payroll, you don't have to tip up the local FBN Officer to gain drug units. |
