Today is a sad day for the fledgling city of Detroit, as two of our most prominent leaders are no longer with us.

TyrionLannister and I reached the difficult decision earlier on today to remove LudariusCane and to make our triumvirate into a duo. Unfortunately, it was not as straight forward as we would have liked and there have been casualties, including my fellow leader within Detroit, Tyrion.

The loss of Tyrion is felt most keenly and I would like to extend my thanks to the members of his family who fought alongside my own in order to remove Ludarius from his well established position. Similarly, any members of Ludarius' family who would now like to take up residence within my own family in Detroit are most welcome to do so.

I hold no ill will towards Ludarius or his family and whilst it might look on the outside to have been a relatively straightforward operation to bring down his family, when you are not in possession of masses of fortifications, bodyguards or weaponry, it is a decidedly more difficult proposition. Despite our own limitations, we felt and I still feel, that it was the best move we could have made for the city of Detroit and the experiment that the Godfather enabled us to participate in.

Tyrion and I were staunch advocates of diplomacy and fully intended to work alongside those other leaders that joined us within Detroit. LudariusCane did not share our view and it quickly became apparent that he intended to shoot any competitors who joined us within Detroit. That was one approach and it was not one that we readily endorsed.

The final straw came when a hit was placed on one of his Capos. This is a prestigious rank, given to a man who had made his bones and was a captain of men. The hit was for $10,000,000 and rather than value the abilities of his man and honour the title Ludarius had bestowed upon him, he instead decided to shoot him. His motives for this are obvious and best summed up by his own justification, which was "I love money". If you're prepared to shoot one of your own Capos for money, how likely are you to stand by your fellow leaders if heat is turned on them? Exactly.

It may ultimately prove to be my failing, but I am a believer in business. Business can only flourish through co-operation, trust and mutual growth. I hope that other leaders who come to Detroit will share my motives and together we will prosper.

Also on a side note I would prefer if Ludarius family that are tagged are able to find a home rather than be shot.

I don't know Ludarius really , or his hands.. but killing any mademan + without them messing up somehow or becomming extremely inactive is just wrong..

Shame Tyrion fell in the process.. but i'm sure he's pleased with the goings of detroit right now.

Good people where lost today, may their souls rest in peace. I firmly believe that Detroit will actually grow futher now with this change in direction.

What I find interest is that he wishes no one to shoot them .... but look at the blood on his hands and on his families wall

It does truly seem that WingWongWang was keeping the whole thing together. I'm fear Detroit shall not survive his passing.

It`s one thing to watch a leader from your city carry out such heinous practices against his very own family members, it`s another to show your balls and have the metal to do something about it. To make such a move is an indication of the common goal sought by the other leaders of the city, but also testament to the men and women who serve beneath them in their loyalty, and willingness to lay down their lives in towing the line and following orders. Such basic instincts within our world are common place. To witness this within a fledgling city which I must say is, well, still considered an experiment, is not only confirmation that it is working, but also an indication of the foresight of the senior members of our society who instigated its trial.

A number of good people have been lost in doing what they should, by giving their all in defence of family, leader, and city. We mourn their passing and celebrate their contribution. Yes the damage will be painful and business suffer because of it, shit happens. But, the consolidation of what remains is even obvious at this early stage and the qualities which have been openly witnessed of the man that stands above all within Detroit will, I am sure, lead all beneath him into a stable and prosperous future.

I tip my hat to you Sir, and offer myself in the defence of all that you seek and aspire to. Detroit has shown what needs to be done in order to secure its future and its members have confirmed their ability to ensure its success.

Rest in peace tyrion and akll the fallen of this war.

I think you may have missed the point KhanDragon Revolves issue wasnt with the members of LCs family it was with LC himself i think it speals Volumes of Revolves leadership that he would rather see The now homless of LCs family and lets not Forget Tyrions family find a home then rather be gunned down. 

I congratulate you Revolve on making a stand and comiserate with you on the Loss of Tyrion Though wonder if that Imp hasnt faked his own death and run off to Florida With LCs Mother and all that money he was holding from the boxing tourney.

It was a difficult decision, but I agree that it was the right one. It is a shame that Tyrion is not with us to celebrate what will hopefully be a bright future for Detroit. I would like to thank all of our former members for their contribution in removing Ludarius and welcome them with open arms to this family.

I hope that anyone who wishes to join in the Detroit experiment will seek to foster strong relationships and help build the city into something that a someday Godfather will be proud of.
