Alright guys, the Merchants of Menace competition is now over and I'm here to let you know that we will be reviewing everything over the coming days and announcing the winners next week.

Thanks for taking part - and we hope to see everyone participating in Chicago's next big event.

I am just really curious on the results of these competitions!  I understand that the rebuilding efforts have to be prioritized and this was going to have to be in the back burner, but If the no winners will be announced due to the war that happened, then I think the participants that paid in, should at least get their money back or their heirs.

Can we please get some information regarding this competition as  a few people paid hald a million dollars to join the competition.

I can confirm that the winners will be announced as soon as I have received feedback from all the judges. Naturally, they are snowed under right now, hence the delay. We decided to press ahead with selecting winners in spite of recent events; if we were going to declare no winners due to the war, everyone would have been notified and refunded immediately afterwards.

As for the winnings, in the event that the chosen winner lost their life during the war, the prize will be forwarded to their next of kin. If anyone wishes to have their entry money refunded, please drop by my office and this can be arranged.
