Crew Leaders\RHM\LHM can now create a thread in their HQs that only people of Made Man and above can see. RHM and LHM can see these threads regardless of their rank. A player under Made Man will not even be aware of the threads existence and if linked directly to it will be told that they are not allowed to view it.

If you are a CL\RHM\LHM you create a Made Man+ thread by checking the box above the post the Submit button for a new thread. If a thread is created as Made Man+ it can not be opened. Also, open threads may not be made Made Man+.

Nor will every user always be below made man. Anyway this forum is not an HQ and therefore does not have the Made Man+ option.
