Is there anyway to do a permanent profile picture change such as V-Day massacre where when you died your pic was completely covered in "blood"?

Hmmm, I'm not sure if the user base would want this, I can see it being abused during war situations like it was during V-day itself. People on vday where changing their profile pic to the dead version so people would open the profile see the dead pic and think they had been killed as they opened the page causing them to close the profile and go to another instead of shooting.

I'd have to agree with Flash that it can be exploited. But if you're that careless that you can't spare a second to look at Status:Alive/Dead then you didn't the deserve the kill.
