Roger walks into the streets and hops onto an over turned paddy wagon, he clears his throat and begins to talk in a rather strenuous voice. The war has ended and after catching StonedSilents speech just down the block it makes me wonder about the morals that we hold dear to us after the war. The questions are simple and should come quick to mind, for some. Loyalty, Power, Respect, and Omerta. These are four words many of us Mafiosi live our lives by, but what do they really mean to you? To me Loyalty is dying by your crew leader or continuing the fight afterwards. Looking out for the family, not just yourself. Power is what we saw in the past few days along with Loyalty. When the Don's of three different cities fell, many still fought, many families gained Power from it. Fighting and working together bonded the families that still stand and the Mafiosi that believed in fighting for their fallen families. Respect goes over looked too often in today. Whether one's past hold's bar on what they will achieve or what they do in their own lifetime. Do you think people should be given a new chance? I certainly do. Except for that fella Revan. Roger chuckles to himself. Horrid joke really, but back on cue. Omerta is simply something you always need to remember. It builds trust, character, and brings out Loyalty as well. To me it seems without all four then you can't have any, so what do theses four words mean to you? Roger hops down to continue his carrot from earlier. |
