A new bug was found and has been fixed. In certain situations, like hunting inactive unsponsoreds (RIAs), they may have got the defense of an HQ fortification. This caused a few misses that should have been hits. We plan on retroactively rerunning the math on the IAs that resulted in a fail to see if should be a success - then credit your account the kills. We should have everyone updated and notified within a few days.
