Looking down the street, you're surprised to see a fairly large dinosaur in a three piece suit stomp his way through the crowd. You see him stop for a moment and look at a young thug who is shouting "KAN I BE IN YOUR KRUUUUUUUU" in the general direction of Marietta. With a nod from his boss, ThesaurusRex bites the thug's arm off and leaves him bleeding in the street. Smiling, ThesaurusRex hops up on top of a car... which slowly crushes under his weight... and begins to speak. I've heard a great deal of opinions in the last 48 hours or so about the recent war. Whether the aggressors were justified. Whether they were betrayers. Whether they did this, or that, or whatnot. I'm not here to talk about that. Say what you will about the men and women who led this attack, but one thing struck me. These men, whether they did so during or after their ultimately failed offensive, took the time to lay out in great detail exactly why they were taking these radical actions. Personally, I appreciated this. While it was ultimately, and admittedly, a power grab, the leaders of this attempt nevertheless presented an intelligent, thought out, reasoned rationale for their actions. You were still free to disagree with it, of course, as many do and did. But I was nonetheless impressed with the effort. So I'll pose you this question: Does it matter to you at all when during a war one side takes the time to fully and intelligently outline their rationale for acting? Could you care less? Or some mixture of the two where you're too busy to care at the time, but appreciate it later? ThesaurusRex steps down and waits to hear the opinions of others. |

| Briana walks by with her heaving breasts nearly bouncing out of her top. You can't help but notice how attractive this woman is and for a few moments you neglect the dinosaur's rant to try and catch a glimpse of two milky pieces of heaven straining heavily against their cloth oppressors. | |

Quickly turning away from the "woman" - ya right - Alise spoke up. Honestly, getting the story, or some variant of the story... Well a story in general really that was well thought out impresses me. Some peoples loyalty may even waver due to such things - yes even if they are obviously not correct. No matter, in the future - because it will end up happening again - I believe it is always in favor of the war-er to make a nice long speach close to the start of the war. |

Briefly stops nursing from the supple teat of Briana Arao long enough to respond to the speaker I appreciated the effort. It was also nice to see that it was no-nonsense, for the most part. Branston's admission that it was a power grab was refreshing. That's what these things usually are, either a power grab, or a preemptive attack. Either way, sometimes city leaders feel they need to give an alternative justification for going to war, when the reasons cited here are plenty good enough. The mafia is about power, and if you are not out to claim it, perhaps you are in the wrong business. It was also nice to see that there were fewer bitter and crying children of the deceased than usual. Not to say they were nonexistent, but in recent times there has been a huge surplus of them, and this time the incidents of crying were fewer and much more bearable. |
