The IRC obit nofications of npc type characters have been removed or significantly reduced.

-The deaths of MIAs\RIAs\CAs will no longer be reported on IRC.
-When the first TylerDurden member dies each spawn there will be a message on IRC.
-When Tyler\Marla\Robert die their obits will show as normal.
-Rogue also still has his obit.
