This is really a simple suggestion - not sure why this is no longer done.
When someone drops/buys out of your crew, you should receive a personal notification. I was told that this used to be the way it was done but was changed (not sure why).
Pros:
More realistic (if someone denounces and leaves your gang you're going to hear about it)
alerts you to possible security concerns regarding ex-members
Cons:
None that I can think of...
Let me know what you think. |

I think this should be implemented for obvious reasons. For example, alerting the CL when a possible rogue (should the CL be on at the time) is about to set up. |

This was changed to be more realistic and to emphasize actual organization on the part of the crewleader. If someone up and disappears without leaving a notice, it's up to you to figure it out or actually, you know, notice that someone in your crew is absent. |

Aye, this used to be a feature, it was removed to help benefit rogues and delay inattentive upper structure. |

While I'm anti-rogue, as much as anyone, this would take out too much of the guesswork. |

I have been a crewleader both when this notification was shown, and now when it isn't. |
