Marietta quickly hurries into the Streets followed by her entourage, her high heels almost falling off her feet as she runs towards the busiest corner she can find. Finding the nearest soapbox she can find she hops on top, the weight of her momentum carrying her clear over the other side. She hits the ground with a crash and immediately two of her bodyguards flock around her, picking her up by her elbows and lifting her back over to the wooden crate and placing her delicately on top. Oh boy, that was embarrassing. Thank you, men. With a silent nod from her accomplices she turns to greet a small crowd that started to gather. Many of them were snickering at her fall but slowly grew silent as she pulled out small scraps of paper with notes written upon them. Your attention, please? Marietta asked quietly, her face scanning the crowd until at last things began to fall silent. Thank you. I am here to speak to you all about what is currently happening within the Seven Cities, especially that regarding auths. Recently a man named 'ted' came to our street, proposing a plan about having several different crews set up to start the world anew. Even before this man shared this, however, I was already having thoughts along the same line. I never expected to win this war, I never expected to survive. Yet many of us have, and we are going to do our best to run this world in a manner than many people will agree upon. Now is a time for us to rebuild our world; to start anew and fresh. With so many low-ranking Mafiosi (no offense, guys) out there on our shores, it only made sense to give multiple people the opportunity to help build the Seven Cities into a new era. The last thing I want to see is another war of the same magnitude that this previous one was. It was done in the name of stagnancy; it was done for 'the betterment of the community'. While I personally did not agree with ninety percent of our highest rankers dying being better for the community in any way, it did reward us with a golden ticket, presented upon a silver platter. The world is ours for the taking, ours for the making- ours for the reshaping. And that is exactly what we plan to do. Mobsters coming to these shores will have the chance to pick and choose which Crew Leader they will join, not just flock to whomever has the most room available. And how do we propose to do this? I'm sure many of you are wondering. As you can see, there are five empty cities; there are a handful of high rankers and an even larger handful of Wise Guys working to get Made. We plan on filling every single city within the next few day. Yet how will we determine who gets auth? At a time where there is little to judge off of, and candidates are short of experience, Street presence or any such other activity, we're going off of individuals that we know without a doubt, whether disagreeable to you all, will do the best they can to get things running again. Some will be friends, some will be enemies, some will be people we've never even heard of. As I have said before, however, we are living in extreme times and circumstances, and therefore extreme measures are going to be taken into remedying this situation. We're in need of stability, whether or not people see this. Yet that does not mean stability will be boring or stagnant, as it has often meant in the past. Diversity was the word on our minds as we searched for an idea that would both appeal to the masses (as the masses are really all we have at the moment, and it's best to keep them pleased) and satisfy our housing crisis. Money is tight, which means each crew will be starting off small. They will work their way up and either make or break their own family and city. The catch is: each will be working with a partner or counter part. We're looking for people who can take the reigns and create city unity; to do this we will be selecting two auths for every city. This should hopefully more than solve the housing crisis, but allow the same amount of 'selection' that new thugs and gangsters wish to see when attempting to find a crew. Not all candidates we have in mind have been contacted yet, but we have started moving money around and getting things under way. Please do not contact us about this matter, we will be the ones contacting you if we think you are a man or woman who will put the world we live in before your own selfish needs. We are currently working on getting our first city up and running, and will shortly be sending out correspondence to other candidates for the other four cities. Stay tuned for future news from myself, Cab_Tufting, or Doyle. Thank you, that is all. One of Marietta's body guards quickly dashed over to help her off of the crate and then slowly they made their way back down the Street, the entire brigade turning a corner and disappearing out of sight in one tight pack. |

A wide variety of criminal organizations in our streets will be a good thing in my eyes and I await to see the canidates for these positions. When you are a new mafioso, you will always remember your first family and when you have options and choices when it comes to the style of leader you want, I believe it makes your entire criminal career more enjoyable from the start. Interesting idea, and a large step forward which all of us mobsters appriciate and look forward too. |

His Bodyguards around him. Doyle walks up to the place Marietta speaks and lets his voice be heard. This is a great idea. It will help this world of ours grow and give people the chance. I know this will help the current housing shortage and pick up the homeless off our streets and get them into good home. I applaud Marietta. Shes doing her best with what we have. Doyle tips his hat to Marietta as he walks off back to his Hq. |

Staggers out into the street visibly shocked by what he has just seen....... Someone should really remind Thomas that the HQ is not the place to be wandering around naked......... As for this wonderful plan, props must go to Marietta. I personally, am relishing seeing this plan put into action; it will certainly inject a little life and excitement into this thing of ours and we may even be able to say what fun it was in years to come. After the events of the last few days I cannot think of a better way to move forward. Bravo. Glances back towards the HQ and makes an informed decision to sit out the rest of the day in the coffee shops.... |

Armani puts on a fresh suit and heads outside, walking down the street to listen to the mobsters Armani whistles loudly "People, People, I love this idea. Not because it will spread the power out, but because it will give this world a face. If there are this many leaders running around, crews will have to really dig deep to find out what they are about. Will you run your crew based on Money? Respect? Power? Kindness? Or a True Hiarchy of the Mafia style? Whatever it is, each and every crew will be different. Crews that are not ran up to par, will faulter. They simply will not make it. I honestly love this idea. Good job, I look forward to seeing it happen." |

Rocky attempts to move through the large crowd of people to get a good look at Don Marietta, Rocky "Curses", because he can't see the Don, due to the fact of the massive group of tall people gathered in front of him, to hear Don Marietta speak. I can't see anything because of all these freaking tall mugs! He see's one of his friends JamesDean, and motions him to come over to lift the midget up. I like this idea Don Marietta, because the war is over and it's time to rebuild. Good luck.... to whoever gets this honor of being Auth. |

Walks over to the crowd in her skirt thinking it was the line to get into the dance club Crap this isn't the zone. Wait, new world? ok this is way more interesting then dancing! She stands in the cold forgetting she was wearing a skirt and listens intently to what Marietta has to say. This Plan is most excellent. We need this sort of thing in our world of Mafioso's. Hopefully all goes smoothly with the new world :) I look forward to seeing CL's working together to make the mafia world a better place :) Well done Marietta!!!!!!! Claps and slowly walks away |

Matos Black, hearing what Marietta had to say. Thought deeply about all the changes happening around him in such a short period of time. Hearing her lovely boss speak, Hayley steps a bit closer to listen. As Marietta explains the new plan, Hayley smiles and nods in agreement. Marietta, I think this is an excellent idea. It gives many people a chance, especially those that have never had a family, to show what they can do. And I love the fact that new gangsters have multiple options for a family. I must applaud you for such a great plan, and I look forward to seeing all the new auths. I wish you all good luck in your new cities. |

This is just what this world needs, a good shake up and a twist thrown in there too. I really like that people like myself will have a multitude of potential crew leaders to choose from. This makes my decision more important, as i must choose the right leader for me. Great idea and cant wait |

This idea - I must say - sounds brilliant, so many choices will not be made just by the Dons but actually by the soon-to-be-Family-members themselves. There will also no longer be a monopole in each city but a sort of strugle to better each other which will most likely push everyone to do better. We all are very competitive are we not? All I can say is that if I had died, I'm sure my daughter would have been quite happy with all this modernisme! |

| If the leaders only auth people with the same beliefs as them, it will be peaceful but also could lead to stagnancy. I say, if someone has proven themselves able, give them a chance. Setting someone up and them not doing a good job is better than no one at all. We have a housing shortage. | |
