Original Suggestion Thread: felony invites and pop ups by His Suggestion Sponsors: PC-Pratster, PC-SpikeSpiegel, PC-Sticks, PC-Warrior and PC-Whitey |

This is a very simple suggesstion which involved being able to send OC invites to people that still have time on their felony. The invited person does not receive the invite until their timer is up, it just means the person running the OC does not have to catch everyone at the split second between felonies. It was then suggested that you would have to manually invite people, and that this particular invitation method would only be available when inviting your family and city members. |

This is an interesting one, I think. I do like the feature with the obligation of manual invite, and I like the fact that, as someone said, it makes things more 'organised'. It also makes more sense to me that this would be limited to family and city members, though I do see communication and OCs with other city members as a positive thing. |

I really don't understand why this needs to be limited to family and city members only. What is the point then? People do OC's outside of their cities all the time and its just as hard to catch those people to do one. If it's a privacy issue, those that don't want to be invited and earn free money because they don't want to be seen have the option to turn off OC invites. |

The reason it should be limited to family members is because people won't go around with it turned OC invites turned off until a war breaks out with leaves them vulnerable to being found during preparation for a war. |

I wouldn't support it as city only, too inclusive and you already have family and city chat to do what this could do. |

Yeah city would be preferable to family and should be code able as OC's check for home city as it is. |

So are we going to vote on this as city and family only? |

I don't see why this has to be city only when there's a toggle in the first place... |

I don't either. I would rather not see it city/family inclusive. Stealth people have options to keep themselves from being seen if they are THAT concerned about it. I just want to get this to a vote. |

Maybe the OC availabilty option should have a suboption to make it so a person is only available to city/family... so that can help keep stealth people happy.
Then the actual suggestion can just be whatever... |

Because Whitey the toggle is only ever used once a war starts not on the run up to a war where people could be using to check locals for certain people, and I know for a fact this has been done before. |

I feel like we are having the same discussion in two different threads at the moment... This idea sounds almost identical to the OC invite list improvements, and basically does the same thing (or creates the same arguments and debates) |

Flash, I think you may have misunderstood in that Whitey was suggesting maybe there also be a toggle for people to choose to only be invited by family/city members, along with the toggle to completely turn off OC's altogether. |

As I stated before... if you put in a suboption on the options page that limits your OC invites to only city and family, then no one can complain... and it's probably not too hard to do. It would fix the issue for both suggestions. |

Ok, first thought, before I forget, with the option to not be seen, how about I change the option we have now so that it only hides you from non-crew members. There's no reason to NOT do OCs with your crew. |

I think those are both great ideas Enkindle and would sure save a lot of headaches with the stealth issue, although maybe it could be city rather than crew? |

Flash, purely to avoid drama, I think crew would be safest. |

Nino, it does currently add time yes, but currently your timer has to be open to be invited. 7.5 seems fair, I just pulled 5 out of...nevermind. |
