This is a very minor change but something that would probably increase the use of the Home City Chat function.

Current:

If you click on Home City Chat and chat in there, then click on a new page, the chat screen down the bottom automatically reverts back to the Crew Chat. This is frustrating if you are trying to follow a discussion in the Home City Chat because you always have to click back onto it. This causes people not to bother using it as it is more inconvenient than convenient.

Proposed Change:

Have the current Chat screen fixed and remain selected when any other links are followed. This will make it easier to follow conversations and will increase the use of the Home City Chat function.

I dont know how much work is involved in doing this or if the work involved would be worth the small change. Just know that I would really love this feature.
