Revolve, Gordon, Toast and Bear had banded together and started trying to get some order back in The Motor City. The whole city had united and the plans and been submitted with a brown envelope filled with hundred dollar bills. Revolve had set the builders to work before he had heard from the mayor.

A week later Revolve was sat in his office when his phone went it was the Mayor's office, it wasn't good news the plans and been rejected his face went red and he shouted for his head bodyguard "get the car ready we are going to the town hall".

10 minutes later outside the mayor's office

Revolve looked at the mayor's secretary who went to get up to warn the mayor. Revolve shot her a look of disdain and she sat back down. Revolve barged into the office and slammed the door shut. The mayor looked angry and went to say something

"Don't you say a fucking word, this is how it is going to work, by the time I get back I expect a message to say the I have planning permission to open the casino. If not you know that re election campaign you're about to start?

I will make sure that it doesn't get off the ground. Also I will expose the affair you're having with your secretary, I'm sure your wife will take you to the cleaners. It will pay you to keep me on your side in the future."

Revolve see's the brown envelope stuffed with cash and snatches it back, Revolve walks out the door and turns back to the mayor

"When you start behaving yourself you'll get a cut until that point you're on thin ice"

Outside The Lake St Clair Casino

Ladies and Gentleman here overlooking Lake St Clair, Detroit is pleased to welcome you to Lake St Clair Casino. The mayor tried to give us some trouble but we "negotiated" a deal of sorts and the rebuilding of Detroit is just beginning.

This is indeed an epic day for Detroit. A brand new casino, and one located right next to my favorite fishing lake....what could be better?

I look forward to seeing this Casino flourish and I am proud to see Detroit begin to grow.

Bear takes $20,000 out of his fur and tosses it onto the blackjack table. "Let's get this started"

Daemon was on one of his usual business runs when he spotted the new casino. He was surprized to see that it was sanctioned so quick. He yells at his chaffeur to stop. The car comes to a halt right outside the casino. He takes the brown paper bag with cash and leaves. His guard did not look pleased.

Daemon cuts him before completing his sentence.

He takes a piece of paper and scribbles something on it. He hands it over to the guard.

Here, Thomas. Take this. Withdraw money from the bank and complete the task. I know I can count on you.

With that, he entered the casino. He spots Bear at the Blackjack table. He strolls over and puts the money on the table.
