| I think there should be a break a kneecap function in the game. It would be almost like pickpocketing/mugging, but instead of losing money/guns, it would make your travel time double from whatever it was. | |

I don't understand the concept of your idea of Kneecap breaking, But I am quite sure if you successfully mug someone, they have time added onto their departure. |

Well it is common mafia lore to break kneecaps. I'd say have it be a feature that temporarily "disables" the person from doing anything else except contacting people. |
