Cab sidles out of the Chicago HQ and draws a deep lungful of the crisp autumn Chicago air. Drawing a Cuban from his pocket he lights it and takes a lungful of the poison, closes his eye's and enjoys the feeling as his body assimilates the drug. Smoothing his lapels and glancing over the crowd he begins to speak.......
Citizens of Chicago.
Two weeks have now passed since the war that destroyed our community. Although a hugely negative event, I have seen many positives come from this period of contemplation and assessment. More families than ever, busy cities and the beginnings of new, prosperous business districts.
Pauses and contemplates his next words......
In continuation of the traditions of the last weeks, I am happy to announce another suit, in Chicago, alongside myself. As soon as the lazy bum drags himself out of bed, I have given Fantom_Ghost permission to make his home in Chicago's secondary HQ across the way there.
Motions towards the vacuous building.....
As soon as he wakes, he will find a note on his pillow giving him the go ahead so please don't fret when you see him strutting around in his bold suit.
If you hang around long enough, I am sure he will have few words for you, but until next time I bed you good day.
