A woman sharply dressed in her finest nautical formal wear disembarks from a rather large cruise ship. She blows a whistle and you watch a few finely-dressed men and women snap to attention. All hands on deck! The HMS Friend Ship has arrived! My name is Briana_Arao and I am Captain of this vessel. I have been raised within the luxurious confines of Sir Doyle's headquarters and in my youth he was able to instill a love for the sea in my landlubber heart. I have finally saved up enough money to purchase a ship of my own and I'm ready to set sail! The Wanderers will always hold a special place in my heart and I hope my old bedroom will be left untouched for my visits back to Detroit. They were willing to take me in as a young runaway and help enhance my skills as a "woman of the night." Doyle will always be a father figure to me and I love him dearly. I would like to thank the other leaders for allowing me this opportunity to dock my rather large family boat alongside the banks of Philadelphia. As you should well know, I run a tight ship and I am here to ensure that the city of Philly remains in ship shape. I look forward to working with Mr. Premier, a fine mafioso who my family has known for many years. He is a good, strong man and together we will be bringing many changes to Philadelphia, taking it from somewhat of an empty ghost town back to its prosperous days of yore. We have many ideas and in the next few days we will begin implementing them together as a joint city. We are looking for a few good mafiosos who would like to "set sail" with us aboard the HMS Friend Ship; please contact my first mate if you are interested. Mafiosos with seasickness dare not reply for it sometimes gets choppy sailing the world! Our boat is built to hold 25 sailors, so apply early before the shipmate next to you steals your spot. We are happy to accept anyone young or old with an urge to sail the Seven Cit-Seas! Briana runs up the gangway and relaxes comfortably in her Captain's chair. "I am ready to embark! Raise anchor!" she yells and you watch the boat pull anchor and begin to sail out to sea. A small card falls from the sky and it settles into your palm. You look down in your hand and read the brief message. The HMS Friend Ship. Are YOU ready to set sail? |

Briana steers her ship into port and places a large megaphone to her lips. She begins to speak to the gathering crowd. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen, for the kind words. I'd like to take this time to introduce my First Mate Numbers4Glory to the world. He has many years of experience on the sea and is a professional sailor since his first time as a young pup. I have no doubt that he will guide our family's ship on a steady course to happy, friend-filled waters. Let me be the first to raise my glass to First Mate Numbers in a round of celebratory drinks! You are all welcome aboard the HMS Friend Ship for a rousing party this evening! |

We are destined to dock in each of the seven Cities periodically. We have an opening for events co-ordinator after ours was made to walk the plank. Obviously our first choice was Vendetta James, but we are yet to receive her boarding pass for HMS Friend Ship. All applications will be considered - especially if you're very friendly. |
