After hearing some of your thoughts and concerns, I can tell that this Friendship Tax is now needed more than ever. We all reside in a society where petty crimes and felonies remain the standard norm, but don't you all believe a little Friendship in your day would make things go smoother? I know that ever since First Mate Numbers has come along, my day of sailing the Seven Cit-Seas has been much more cheerful! Friendship is not a destination, it's the entire journey along the way. Feel free to set sail with a new or old friend and let Friendship guide you to a safe port. |

scar walks out of the crowd after the speach briana made wow now that was very interesting nice idea, but im really confused with how im going to make friends im quite shy you know. where does that leave me when i travel to philly. i need a drink. scar takes his hip flask out of his back pocket and drinks now i may talk more, but im still confused. |

Hmm. Allow me to offer the idea that every developing fetus or newborn child will almost certainly be a friend for someone in the future. Following this logic, I have made thirty-two illegitimate friends this year. I foresee no problems with paying this tax, and also plan to pay in Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York. But never New Orleans. Never, never, never. |
