The wack page now was two boxes for messages: Whisper and Statement. The whisper still functions exactly as it did before. It is a private message delivered to your victim and nobody else. The statement however is PUBLIC. If you enter a statement up to three people will receive witness statements with your name unscrambled with your statement:

You witness enkindle stands over joanslay's corpse as they say "DIEEEEEE"

Be aware that if you enter ANYTHING into the Statement box the witness statement will contain your name in plain text. It is the same as a public execution.

Also as of this time, the old school, non-ajax wack page has been removed as it is obsolete.

Only one witness statement will ever go out for non-players (MIA, CAs, etc.). There will only be multiple statements for real players. Also to be clear, if you don't enter a Statement, only one statement goes out as normal.
