The way things are now, if a CL is killed then the family is disbanded and everyone else becomes a free member. I think that when a CL dies, his/her RHM automatically becomes the next CL. I don't have anything more to say on this but I think the idea is pretty clear, so I'm interested to hear your opinions.

Being a persons right hand doesn't necessarily mean you are fit to lead them. Whether it be rank or ability thats the issue. The current system may appear chaotic, but only in times of war do we see any means of chaos when a leader dies and frankly I find that acceptable as War is chaotic.

If a leader in our world dies due to a gun malfunction, its not as though their members are shot dead because of being unsponsored, they are given time to join a new family of their choosing. Why anyone would want to restrict themselves from choice is beyond me.

Ignoring the other issues for a moment, imagine how boring the game would be if every time someone got taken down their RHM inherited the family.

I agree with Padrino, if there is RHM which is made man + rank he should inherit family , so he doesnt have to buy HQ fortification for same family...  If RHM is lower then made man then thats CLs mistake and his family got disbanded , I saw one thread just about someone complain how lower then made man can be RH, well I think this would be good thing, they can be RHM , but CL risk that in case of his death his family be destroyed. And when someone want to wipe out family they will go for RH,LH and the boss obviously...
