I think the post count of a player should only count posts made in the streets. Someone's forum activity is measured by their street presence but someone can have like 10 threads and 100 posts but none in the streets and while it may seem they're active in the game's social aspect, they may not have much, or any street posts.

The streets are not the only social aspect of the game. Plenty of people don't post in the streets but are the life and soul of the party when it comes to OOC or Outside, or even the HQ Forum.
